Return Policy

We realize that orders may need to be returned for various reasons. Simply follow the instructions below and return your order within 30 days of order receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Instructions for Returning Orders
1. Call our customer service department within 30 days of order receipt to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The toll free number is 1.877.604.0712. Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm Central Time. After-hours inquiries and all other questions should be directed to storemanager@mycarstats.com.

2. Once you have received your RMA, ship your order back to us along with your copy of your invoice information and RMA number. You must ship your order freight pre-paid using a traceable shipping method (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail). It is recommended that this tracking number be forwarded to our office at the time of return. Return merchandise must be in its original condition when received. myCarStats is not responsible for lost return shipments. All returns are subject to approval.

  • All returns must have the complete Return Authorization # (RA#) prominently displayed on the shipping label in order to be received into our warehouse. If the RA# is not visible, your shipment may be refused.
  • DO NOT place shipping labels or write RA#'s on the outside of the manufacturer's boxes.
  • Products must be in a resalable condition in order for you to receive credit. Re-box all returns in appropriate shipping cartons. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.

Please note that the following items may NOT be returned:

  • Open Units
  • Units which require re-boxing
  • Units in an unsuitable resale condition

 
NOTE:
If your original order was damaged in shipping, does not work properly, or if you received the incorrect item, myCarStats will pay the cost of the return shipping.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a myCarStats return merchandise authorization (RMA).
