The second, I am dealing with now. While driving on a very busy highway, the car just stopped. I had electical power to the car, but was unable to accelerate. Very dangerous during lane changes and passing. This was a frequent complaint on 2008 models and apparently went uncorrected in 2009. Also gas mileage and road noise are worse than my 1998.
