About a year later it started happening again and ford said that it wasn't under warranty and it would cost $150.00 to fix it . The parts are 2 clamps and the rest is the labor! FL | 03/03/09 | 3.00 | Noticeable whistling air-leak from [I believe to be] in the flapper door of under-dash vent area. If regular a/c is on and windows up it does not do it. If MAX a/c is on it whistles. If ragtop is down it whistles. Obviously it is a whistle/leak that is controlled when there is an increase in interior air pressure, i.e.: when reg a/c is functioning.
