The only thing bad about it is the carpet on the floors shedding causing carpet dusting on seats, dash and throughout the vehicle. AZ | 05/12/09 | 4.00 | My 2005 Tahoe Rear Hatch Actuator went out and only way to get hatch open is to climb into the back and pry open the back panel there is no way to open it besides that since there is no key hole access. contacted the dealer and the part cost apprx. $300 and you have to purchase the whole unit which includes all of the latches,cables and you can't purchase the acutator separately you have to purchase everything this is something that should be recalled. MA | 01/15/09 | 3.00 | Own a 2005 Tahoe, bought it in 2006. When temperatures drop to 20 or below, the headlights go on and stay on, usually at night. Battery goes dead. Have to jump start it. The mechanic can't diagnose it because it is now running. This started happening in 2007. Happened last night, had it towed to the dealership. Waiting for diagnostic results.
