CT | 07/01/09 | 1.00 | I purchased my BMW 323I two years ago from CARMAX. I was very happy with my vehicle, untill of course the un thinkable happened. One day I was went to put my car in reverse and it would not move. MY REVERSE WAS GONE. After contacting CARMAXX the treated me like CRAP and the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR. Needless to say I looked on line and to my surprise I discovered hundreds of reports surrounding a defect in the transmission of the BMW 3 series.
