pleasurable and worry free. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your shopping
experience, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues that
you may have.

RETURN POLICY
We realize that orders
may need to be returned for various reasons. Simply follow the instructions
below and return your order within 30 days of order receipt for a full refund of
the purchase price.
Instructions for
Returning Orders
1. Call our customer
service department within 30 days of order receipt to request a return
merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The toll free number is 1.877.604.0712. Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm Central
Time.
After-hours inquiries and all other questions should be directed to
storemanager@mycarstats.com.
2. Once you have
received your RMA, ship your order back to us along with your copy of your invoice information
and RMA number. You must ship your order freight pre-paid using a
traceable shipping method (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail). It is
recommended that this tracking number be forwarded to our office at the time
of return. Return merchandise must be in its original condition when received.
myCarStats is not responsible for lost return
shipments. All returns are subject to approval.
