"The minivan was still under warranty and there was no charge
for repairs – I took my 2003 minivan to the dealership several times
complaining about the brake’s groaning sounds. Service personnel kept putting me
off, saying it was nothing. I found two Service Bulletins using the myCarStats
Report Viewer referring to concerns with groaning sounds on front brakes. I created a

notified me of new reports regarding my vehicle. I logged into myCarStats web
site and found new car reports that included information on air bags not deploying on
impact in the same 2001 & 2003 make and model vehicle we own. When I dropped my
